GUATEMALA- El hecho sucedido la semana anterior en la calzada Roosevelt, la falta de control de la Policía de Tránsito de Guatemala, genera que los automovilistas sorbecarguen picops, como este caso, desobedeciendo las restricciones que impone la Ley de Tránsito.
En otros casos buses del servicio urbano circulan sobrecagados de personas y a excesiva velocidad poniendo en riesgo la vida de los usuarios y peatones.
En la capital de Guatemala cada semana ocurren accidentes de tránisto provocados por buses del servicio urbano y extraurbano por sobrecargar las unidades.
